THE STORY SO FAR
Ambition, experience and an interest in doing things a little different to the norm led us to establish My Shout. We learnt our trade in the world of sports hospitality and events which is still a big part of what we do, but we figured if we can run great events at Twickenham and Cheltenham, take a very discerning bunch to Monaco for the Grand Prix or Dublin for a 6 nations decider, then we really ought to be able to run great incentives, events, campaigns or product launches to the same types of places for the same sort of people. We can’t take complete credit for this thinking though, it was driven by our clients asking us to look at doing this for them, it was there suggestion that if we can take something this difficult to do, with such high expectations and achieve them, then what could we do when the rest of the world wasn’t in town!
We sought out a team of staff, freelancers and suppliers that all subscribed to our thinking, who firstly love what they do, that value their relationship with each other, suppliers and clients all in equal measure and who had to have genuine hands on experience of a huge range of hospitality and events services along with incredible contacts that always allow us to deliver that extra something. We are glad to say we have those people because we genuinely feel they are the absolute key to great experiences and the way we deliver yours.
We built our business on the old fashioned notion of trust, we will deliver on what we promise and only charge what we agree, we have grown as a consequence and also discovered that for a lot of people that attitude is a refreshing change.

ExperienceS
This is where we really come in to our own. We help some of the most prestigious UK and International brands create unique experiences for their clients and staff. We are happy to provide these as single events or as part of a yearlong program that we manage throughout. We take your experience right from creation, through the various logistical requirements, invite process and guest liaison, finishing with the event delivery itself. We work with the client to provide all or some of these services, dependent on requirements and also assist with a full post event evaluation if desired.

Asset Management
We manage the design and production, storage and distribution of a variety of assets for clients. This can range from pop up banners, event and stadium branding, staff clothing and all manner of requirements. These are delivered, erected, monitored and returned at open days, launches, exhibitions and a variety of promotions.
Temporary Structures
We spend a lot of the year erecting and managing temporary structures for events and have a great supplier network, we are more than happy to share this wisdom for your event
Catering
We have catered at events for over 10 yrs.’ now and there is nothing that we haven’t done and no scale we can’t manage, conferences for 2000 delegates, product launches, Sports hospitality for literally 1000’s over a tournament, we can even send you one of our own Land Rover Baristas to enhance your event, they are amazing! People
As a consequence of working with some great brands our team are experienced at every level, they have managed full hospitality programs for F1 teams, developed and managed events for flag carrying airlines and have successfully won and managed hospitality licenses across some of the world’s most prestigious sports and cultural events. We can embed them into your in-house team for a project, become your brand ambassadors or perfect event hosts. We also have access to a rosta of outstanding speakers across a myriad of subjects that can enhance any corporate event
SPONSORSHIP
As we built our range of services and the team here it became apparent that we had quite a lot in common, one of those things was the world of Sponsorship, we have all either been involved in negotiating a sponsorship or been on the other side selling one for a rights holder, which we think gives us a pretty unique insight, we know how to deliver the negotiated rights as well as make sure the holders deliver on their contractual commitments as well.
If you needed any further persuasion then we have also worked as an agency to help deliver a variety of elements to existing sponsorships and maximise the opportunities that the sponsorship of a team, venue or occasion can offer. My Shout Journeys was developed to meet a demand from clients to operate incentive trips for their staff and customers. We have also operated group travel to some of the World’s most significant sporting events. We are fully bonded and have access to group rates across all the worlds major airlines and hotels and a team well versed in making an overseas event work.
